We believe in empowering individuals to cultivate mindfulness practices that foster holistic well-being and personal growth. Our mindfulness training consists of four practical sessions designed to guide you through the depths of mindfulness and helps to connect to your mind, body, and spirit. We planned to provide you with practical tools and techniques that you can integrate into your daily life to promote clarity, resilience, and inner harmony. We will practice sitting, standing and walking meditation, talk about how fasting is connected to mindfulness. The facilitator of the sessions will be Ella Wong mindfulness coach.
