The Route

- Europe’s oldest underground line
Meet your photographer and board Europe’s oldest underground line, the historic Metro Line M1. The photographer will take pictures of you in the vintage metro station which still maintains its distinct charm with its old-school tile walls, wooden furnishing and mustard yellow metro wagons running by in the background.
- Heroes Square
After stepping off the historic Metro Line M1, you’ll arrive at the famous landmark of Hungary’s forefathers, the iconic Heroes Square. Here you’ll have your photos taken at the striking Millennium Monument, which features the seven tribal leaders that founded the Hungarian nation in 895. The monument's statues and grand arcades are the ideal backdrop for your shots, all under the city’s vivid skies.
- St Stephen's Basilica
The next stop will be the breathtaking St. Stephen's Basilica, the largest Roman Catholic Church in Budapest and popular photo destination for anyone visiting the city. You’ll have your photos taken on the grandiose square right in front of the Basilica. The church’s lavishly decorated neo-renaissance exterior and monumental dome on the background of your photos will add a touch of glamour to your photoshoot.
- Danube riverside (Buda Castle & Chain Bridge on the background)
Walking down a beautiful pedestrian street from St Stephen's Basilica, your photographer will take you to the next photo destination: the Danube riverside. Here you’ll have your pictures taken against breathtaking views of the city’s Buda side, including the stunning Buda Castle and Chain Bridge, as well as the Danube river’s blue waters, idling ducks, flowing boats and birds resting on the quays.
- Parliament
Saving the best for the end, the last location is Budapest’s arguably most iconic building, the Parliament. Situated right on the Danube bank, it’s actually the third largest Parliament building in the world. Your photographer will take your photos in front of the Parliament’s beautiful neo-gothic facade with its delicate decorations and sculptures, as well as on the impressive stairs that extend all the way down to the riverfront.
